Pipedrive - Call Enrichment

By connecting to your Pipedrive account, the assistant can access contextual information about callers, enabling more personalized and effective interactions.

Configuration#

To set up Pipedrive integration:

Set the URL
Enter this url: https://COMPANYDOMAIN.pipedrive.com/api/v2/persons/search?fields=phone

Replace COMPANYDOMAIN with your actual company domain. You can find your company domain by following the instructions here.

Set the "Property to filter"
Enter term as the field that will be used to match and retrieve relevant caller information.

Set the headers
Key: x-api-token
Value: APITOKEN

Replace APITOKEN with your real Pipedrive API token.

Test your configuration
Use the "Test Request" feature to verify your integration is working properly. Use a phone number from one of your contacts registered in your Pipedrive account.

Save Configuration
Click "Save" to finalize your Pipedrive integration settings.
