Overview#
The Knowledge Page allows you to view and manage knowledge files and collections. You can filter files by collections, view details, and perform actions on the files.Instructions#
Viewing Knowledge Collections#
Page Title: At the top of the page, you will see the title of the knowledge base.Below the title, you will find a section listing all knowledge collections.
Each collection is displayed as a button with a folder icon, collection name, number of entries, and the last edit date.
The number of collections is shown in parentheses next to the "Knowledge Collections" heading.
Selecting a Collection#
Click on any collection button to filter the knowledge files by that collection.
The selected collection will be highlighted with a border.
Click on the selected collection button again to deselect it and view all knowledge files.
Viewing Knowledge Files#
Below the collections section, you will see the files section.
The heading will display the selected collection name or "All Files" if no collection is selected, along with the number of files.
The table lists all knowledge files based on the selected collection.
You can view details and perform actions on the files within the table.
