Atlas Platform Onboarding: Your Complete Setup Walkthrough

Welcome to Atlas! This full onboarding video takes you from your very first login all the way through launching your first AI voice agents. Whether you’re setting up a receptionist to handle inbound calls or a speed-to-lead agent that follows up with new leads automatically, we’ll walk through everything you need to get up and running.

In this video, you’ll learn how to:

  • Set up your Atlas account and configure your business details
  • Build an inbound receptionist agent using pre-configured templates
  • Add knowledge to your agent with file uploads and website URLs
  • Test your agent with live web calls and refine the script using natural language
  • Use the Notes section to fine-tune agent behavior on the fly
  • Add a phone number and configure warm or cold call transfers
  • Integrate your calendar through cal.com
  • Set up SMS messaging and enrich calls with CRM data (including GoHighLevel)
  • Create an outbound speed-to-lead campaign from scratch
  • Configure calling windows, voicemail handling, double-call, and redial settings
  • Upload contacts via CSV with custom dynamic variables
  • Clone agents and pair an outbound campaign with a matching inbound agent
