Overview#
The Dashboard Page provides an overview of various metrics and campaigns. It includes tabs for different sections, summary cards for campaigns, and a modal dialog for purchase confirmations.Accessing the Dashboard#
Login: Ensure you are logged in to access the dashboard.
Navigation: Navigate to the dashboard page from the main menu.
Viewing Campaigns#
Deployment Tab: Click on the "Deployment" tab to view campaign details.
Top Campaigns: The top campaigns are displayed in summary cards.Campaign Name: The name of the campaign.
Campaign Type: Indicates if the campaign is a Widget, Inbound, or Outbound.
Metrics: Displays the number of calls and connection rate.
Detailed View: Click on the campaign link to view detailed information about the campaign.
Viewing Metrics#
Deployment Tab: Click on the "Deployment" tab to view various metrics.Calls Made/Received: Number of outbound and inbound calls.
Voice Bubble Interactions: Number of interactions via the voice bubble.
Connection Rate: Percentage of successful connections.
Total Talk Time: Total duration of calls.
Bookings Made: Number of bookings made.
Transfers Made: Number of transfers made.
Managing Elements#
Your Elements Section: Scroll to the "Your Elements" section.
Agents: Click to manage agents.
Contacts: Click to manage contacts.
Knowledge Files: Click to manage knowledge files.
Global Actions: Click to manage global actions.
