Adding Contacts via CSV#

Download Template:
Click to download the recommended CSV framework
Minimum required fields: First name and phone number
Additional fields can include email, appointment time, or any custom variables
Custom Variables:
Use any header field name as a variable in your conversation script
Insert variables using double curly brackets: {{variable_name}}
Examples: {{email}}, {{time}}, {{phone_number}}
For multi-word variables, remove spaces: {{timezone}} not {{time zone}}
Add unlimited custom variables (custom_variable_1, custom_variable_2, etc.)
Use Cases:
