Clone Campaign
Learn how to create an inbound agent by cloning an existing outbound campaign. In this video, you'll learn how to:
Preparation
#
Toggle off any existing inbound agents using the same phone number (only one inbound campaign per phone number allowed)
Cloning Process
#
Clone Campaign:
Select the campaign to clone (e.g., Speed to Lead agent)
Click "Clone"
Rename by removing "clone" from the name and adding "Inbound"
Change campaign type from Outbound to Inbound
Confirm the conversion (system will remind you to adjust script and integrate phone number)
What Gets Cloned:
Campaign script and configuration
Call forwarding settings
Calendar integrations (can add multiple calendars)
SMS tools and enrichment settings
What Doesn't Get Cloned:
Phone number (must be manually added)

Two Methods:

Navigate to Integration section → Click phone selector → Select phone number
2.
Access through campaign details panel

Add phone number to the new inbound agent
Activate the campaign
Refresh screen to see phone number displayed
Test by calling the inbound number
