Monday - Call Enrichment
This guide provides step-by-step instructions for configuring the Call Enrichment integration with Monday.com. The setup process is streamlined and requires no manual API requests.
Prerequisites
#
Before beginning, ensure you have:
Administrative access to your Monday.com workspace
Your Monday.com API key ready
Step 1: Obtaining Your API Key

Log into your Monday.com workspace
2.
Navigate to the
Developers
section from the user menu in the top right corner
3.
Locate the
API Token
section and copy your API token

Security Note
: Keep your API key secure and never share it publicly or commit it to version control.
Step 2: Configure the Integration
#
Enter Your API Key
#
1.
In the Call Enrichment integration setup page, paste your Monday.com API key
2.
Click
Submit
or
Continue
The system will automatically validate your API key and retrieve your workspace information.
Select Your Contacts Board
#
1.
Once your API key is validated, the page will display a list of all available boards in your Monday.com workspace
2.
Look for your contacts board (commonly named "Contacts", "Contactos", "Clients", or similar)
3.
Select the appropriate contacts board from the dropdown list
Select Your Phone Number Column
#
1.
After selecting your contacts board, the page will automatically load and display all columns within that board
2.
From the column list, select the column that contains phone numbers
3.
This is typically labeled as "Phone", "Teléfono", "Contact Phone", "Mobile", or similar
Step 3: Complete Setup
#
Once you have:
✅ Entered your API key
✅ Selected your contacts board
✅ Selected your phone number column
Click
Save
to finalize the integration configuration.
