Enter contact phone number and name

AI Agent Training Period#

Important Best Practices:
The AI agent needs time to optimize after initial creation:
Think of it as a learning process - "crawl, walk, then run"
Conduct at least 10 test calls before making significant changes
Early calls may experience issues like sudden stops, cutoffs, or premature call endings
These issues are typical during the initial training phase
Avoid being overly critical during the first 10 calls

Recommended Setup#

Inbound Agent Pairing:
Create a corresponding inbound agent with the same phone number
Ensures missed calls can be returned to a similar AI agent
Maintains conversation continuity and purpose alignment
