iMessages Sessions Explorer

The left panel lists every conversation that has taken place through this campaign. Each entry shows:
The conversation identifier or contact name
The time elapsed since the conversation occurred
The conversation status (e.g., a green dot for active, Completed for finished conversations)
Click any session to load the full conversation in the right panel.
The gear icon (⚙️) at the top of this panel opens the iMessages Configuration modal, where you can manage the phone number linked to the campaign at any time.

Conversation View (Right Panel)#

Selecting a session displays the full message thread in a chat-style interface that mirrors a real iMessage conversation:
Your contact's messages appear as blue bubbles on the right.
The agent's responses appear as grey bubbles on the left.
At the bottom, a message input field allows you to manually send a message into the conversation if needed. If the conversation has been marked as completed, the input is disabled and a notice states: "This conversation has been marked as completed and is no longer accepting new messages."

Testing Your Agent#

Before activating a campaign, it's strongly recommended to test how your agent responds to real messages. The Test Messaging button — located in the top-right corner of the campaign detail page — lets you do this without a real phone or sending actual iMessages.

How to Use Test Messaging#

Testing Your Agent.
1.
Click the Test Messaging button. A simulated iPhone interface will appear, showing your campaign name and the "iMessage" channel label — an accurate preview of how the experience will look to your contacts.
2.
Type a message in the input field at the bottom of the simulator and press send. Your message will appear as a blue bubble on the right.
3.
The AI agent will respond in real time, with its reply appearing as a grey bubble on the left — exactly as a contact would see it.
4.
Continue the conversation to test different scenarios, questions, and edge cases.
To reset the conversation and start fresh, click the Start Over button that appears in the top-left corner of the simulator after the first message is sent. This clears the thread without closing the panel.
Every test conversation also appears in the iMessages Sessions list on the Messages tab, so you can review the full thread later alongside your live conversations.
