Creating an Atlas Blue Campaign

7-step wizard to create a messaging campaign

Navigate to Atlas Blue and click New Campaign +.

Step 1 — Campaign Setup

Name and language selection.

Step 2 — Agent Data

Company Name, Agent Name, Industry, Template, Agent Role.

Step 3 — Add Knowledge

Search existing collections, upload a file, or add via web link.

Step 4 — Actions & Integrations

Optional: Tools, Calendar, CRM/External Data Sources.

Step 5 — Script, Initial Message & Notes

  • Script: Main conversation guide. Click “Generate” for AI-generated scripts.
  • Initial Message: Supports {{agentName}}, {{companyName}}, {{firstName}}.
  • Notes: Extra instructions for the agent’s prompt.

Step 6 — Atlas Blue Configuration

Link a phone number to the campaign.

Step 7 — Review & Activate

Review and click Finish & Activate.
