Learn how to add information to your AI agent’s knowledge base. In this video, you’ll learn how to:
- Upload files by clicking the upload button and selecting documents from your computer
- Drag and drop Word documents or PDFs directly into the knowledge base
- Add website URLs by pasting them directly (including the https://) and clicking “Add to collection”
The system scrapes the webpage content in 3-5 seconds and attaches it as a knowledge base document for your AI agent to reference.
