  • Leave blank for automatic 3-4 sentence summaries of call transcripts
  • Create custom prompts for structured outputs (useful for surveys or specific data collection)
  • Example use case: Format survey responses as question-answer pairs
  • Tip: Use AI tools like Claude to help craft detailed prompts for better results
