- Messages activate after 7 seconds of caller silence
- Call automatically ends after 30 seconds of silence
Prompt for Call Summary
- Leave blank for automatic 3-4 sentence summaries of call transcripts
- Create custom prompts for structured outputs (useful for surveys or specific data collection)
- Example use case: Format survey responses as question-answer pairs
- Tip: Use AI tools like Claude to help craft detailed prompts for better results
- May require refinement through testing
For most standard use cases, leaving the call summary prompt blank provides sufficient automatic summaries.
