SMS Integration
Add SMS messaging capabilities to your AI agent
Adding SMS Tool
- Access the Details section in the campaign panel
- Click “Add Tool” to create SMS integration
- Name your SMS tool (e.g., “Outbound SMS”)
SMS Provider Options
Option 1: Use Your Own Twilio Account — Add your Twilio SID and Auth Token. Send SMS from the same phone number used for calls.
Option 2: Use Atlas as Provider — SMS messages send from Atlas phone numbers. Faster setup with no registration required.
Configure SMS Behavior
- Trigger: Caller agrees to receive a text message
- Action: AI dynamically sends relevant content based on the conversation
Click “Save” to activate SMS capabilities.
