Manage your account settings and billing

Overview

The Account Page allows you to manage your account settings and billing information. You can update your personal details, choose a subscription plan, and purchase additional minutes if needed.

The page is divided into two main sections accessible via tabs:

  • Account Settings
  • Account Billing

Account Settings

In this section, you can update your personal and company information.

  • Company Name: Update the name of your company.
  • Admin Name: Update the name of the account administrator.
  • Admin Email: Update the email address of the account administrator.
  • Profile Picture: Update your profile picture.

Account Billing

In this section, you can manage your subscription plan and view your call time usage.

Manage Your Plan

  • Current Plan: View details of your current subscription plan.
  • Manage Subscriptions: If you are on a paid plan, click the “Manage Subscriptions” button to open the Stripe customer portal and manage your subscription.

Call Time Usage

  • Call Time Progress: View your current call time usage against your total available call time.

Choose a Plan

  • Available Plans: View and select from the available subscription plans. Each plan includes details such as the monthly cost, call time limit, and key features.
  • Select a Plan: Click on a plan to select it. If you are upgrading from the free plan, you will be redirected to a payment link. If you are already on a paid plan, you will be redirected to the Stripe customer portal.

Buy Extra Minutes

  • Extra Minutes: If your selected plan includes the option to purchase extra minutes, you can do so by clicking the “Get extra minutes” button.
  • Purchase Details: Extra minutes are purchased in 1000-minute blocks. The cost and key features of the extra minutes will be displayed.

Additional Information

  • Book your AI workshop: If you are on the Enterprise plan, you can book an AI workshop by clicking the provided link.
