Can I send more than one message per contact in a session? Yes. The 15-minute spacing applies to new contacts only. Within active conversations, send multiple messages freely.


What happens if my message gets blocked? Atlas Blue automatically re-queues it. No action needed.


Can I include a link in a follow-up if they haven’t replied? No. Content restrictions stay until the contact replies.


Why are these limits necessary? Atlas Blue runs on a physical iPhone connected to Apple’s iMessage network. These guardrails keep your number in good standing.


Do limits apply to SMS fallback and RCS? The same sending cadence applies across all channels.


How long for a new phone number to go live? Up to 24 hours after purchase. You’ll receive an email when ready.


Can I test my agent before going live? Yes. Use the Test Messaging button on the campaign detail page.
