Shopify - Call Enrichment
Connecting Shopify with call enrichment is very simple. Just select the provider Shopify, add the Store URL and API key.
Optionally, you can select “Get Customer Orders” so the Agent has access to the client’s orders.
How to Generate an API Key from Shopify

Activate custom app development — Go to Shopify Admin > Settings > Apps and sales channels, click Develop apps, then click Allow custom app development and confirm.

Create a new custom app — In Develop apps, click Create a custom app, enter an app name (e.g. “Atlas Integration”), and choose the app developer (store owner or staff).

Configure Admin API scopes — In your new app, click Configure Admin API scopes, then select only the required scopes:

Click Save

Install the app — Click Install app, then confirm by clicking Install. Shopify will install the app and generate the credentials immediately.

Retrieve your credentials — Go to API credentials in the app’s settings. Copy the Admin API access token (it’s shown only once) — this will be your API Key.
