Integrate GoHighLevel calendars with Atlas Actions

Overview

Atlas provides three GoHighLevel actions for calendar integration:

GHL Upsert ContactCreate or update contacts in CRM

Prerequisites

  • GoHighLevel account with API access
  • Location ID (from your GHL URL)
  • Calendar ID (from calendar settings)
  • Private Integration Token with scopes: contacts.write, calendars.readonly, calendars/events.write

Booking Workflow

  1. Upsert Contact — Get the Contact ID
  2. Get Calendar Free Slots — Show availability
  3. Customer confirms a time slot
  4. Create Appointment — Book with Contact ID + confirmed slot

Setup

Navigate to Global Actions in Atlas, find each GHL template, and configure with your API Token, Location ID, and Calendar ID. Then add the tools to your campaign under Integrations > Tools Integration > Manage Tools.
